Returns and complaints

1. Returns

You can return your goods within 30 days of purchase.

- Prepare the product (with label, in original packaging), and proof of purchase,

- Please note, that the returned product may not have any traces of use,

- Fill out the return form, which can be downloaded here.

- Write "RETURN" on the envelope,

- Send the parcel to:

- If you return the product to us in accordance with the above instructions, you will receive a refund of the purchase price within 10 working days of parcel receipt by us. The shipping cost is not refundable. Refund is only made as a bank transfer to an account you specified.

2. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to two years from the date of purchase.

- Prepare the product,

- Fill out the complaint form, which can be downloaded here.

- We can not accept the complaint without a completed form,

- Write "COMPLAINT" on the envelope,

- Send the parcel to:

- Your complaint will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 10 days after its receipt.
